  What is mean by Anxiety? The kind of sign your body gives you, when something is bothering you, something that is not meant for you. In today’s era and in some of past centuries, anxiety is become part of many people’s lives. Tensions, stress, traumas, rejections, worries these are some common things that causes anxiety. Anxiety attacks can strike when they’re least expected. They can arrive anytime for no reason at all. people may feel guilty and start questioning why are they feeling such sadness and pain, despite everything seems okay in their life.   In this process they start hurting themselves or doing things they aren’t supposed to.
